We are excited to announce the latest release of Travel Business Connector.

New Features​

  • Voucher Decision Queue -- A new queue page for reviewing and approving voucher creation for bookings. Set customer-level defaults or decide per booking.
  • Missing Vendor Queue -- When a booking references a vendor not yet in Business Central, it now appears in a dedicated queue for easy resolution.
  • Item Mapping Configuration -- New AIR Order Item Mapping page for configuring how product types and regions map to Business Central items.

Improvements​

  • Streamlined AIR import processing with better error handling
  • Vendor matching logic for automatic vendor assignment on bookings
  • Order creation logic with voucher flow integration

Administration​

  • AIR Setup page updated with new configuration options
  • Improved status tracking across the booking pipeline

Upgrade Notes​

This version requires Business Central v26.0 or later. After upgrading, review the AIR Setup page to configure the new voucher settings. Vendor matching is driven by the travel fields on the vendor card (vendor type, chain code, property code, and rental company code), so check those on your existing hotel and car rental vendors as well.
