Service Fee Specification
Travel agencies typically charge a service fee on each booking. The Stricct Travel Connector gives you control over how these fees appear on customer invoices.
The "Specify Service Fees" Setting
On the Customer Card, you will find a field called Specify Service Fees. This is a simple on/off toggle that changes how service fees are presented on the invoice.

| Enabled | Service fees appear as separate, clearly labeled line items on the invoice. The customer sees exactly how much they are paying in service fees. |
| Disabled | Service fees are bundled into the related booking line. The customer sees a single amount per booking without a separate fee breakdown. |
How to Configure It
- Open the Customer Card for the relevant customer.
- Find the Specify Service Fees field in the travel settings section.
- Turn it on or off based on the customer's preference.
- Save the card.
All future invoices for this customer will follow the selected setting.
Choosing the Right Option
- Enable specification when the customer wants transparency about fees, or when their accounting requires separate fee tracking.
- Disable specification when the customer prefers a cleaner invoice with fewer lines, or when fees are considered part of the overall booking cost.
This setting only affects the invoice presentation -- the underlying sales order and posted amounts remain the same regardless of which option you choose.
